Stoneleigh 2011.
This is the start of the Kit car calendar and I do hope we will have the largest display of our Q’s for our 21st. Why not make a short holiday as it will be cost effective, the club will supply food, birthday cake and wine…..good hospitality and knowing Vince will have some good quizzes for us in our heated marquee. Is Britney Spears making a come back this year?
We shall be displaying some of the highest mileage Q’s alongside two very special vehicles and carrying out our quantum concours competition.
Our AGM will commence on Sunday 1st may at 4pm followed by the presentation of last years QOC Haynes Action Day Trophies, winners of the concours competion and then enjoy the Birthday BBQ.

This year however we do need some new committee members, post details as follows.
Membership Secretary: - looking after new and existing members’ renewals, liaising with the club treasurer on payments of membership and supplying the insurance coordinator with detailed membership for confirmation with our club Insurance provider.
Club Secretary: - look after detailed minutes of all meetings and distribute those minutes. Look after our club’s Liability Insurance and renewal. Notify the club members of our A.G.M. and any special notification.
Events organiser: - look after the booking of club stands and be actively involved in organizing other club events as required.
The existing other committee members are willing to stand again for another year, but as usual all position are available and nominations need to be received.
