Things are all now falling into place. I have managed to agree group booking rates including dinner
and these are considerably less than booking individually at these hotels. I have been having fun going out exploring various day tour drives and places of interest to visit. Trying to plan balance between time driving, visiting and free time relaxing needs more hours in each day but with only staying in two locations flexibility about doing everything is available because I know some like to have free time also.
